PT PERTAMINA INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (“Pertamina”) is one of PT Pertamina (Persero)’s sub holding companies, which owns and operates significant oil tanker operations among its owned and chartered fleet in
order to distribute crude oil and oil products from, to, and throughout Indonesia.

Pertamina hereby invites all potential Bidders to participate in the Bid for the supply of the vessel to be chartered by Pertamina. The participated Bidders are shipping companies, which have suitable vessel to be offered in this Project. In the event that the potential bidder is a foreign company, then it shall be represented by an Indonesian shipping company as supported by a sole Power of Attorney for the administration and Indonesian tax matters compliance.
